One breath. A hundred and six meters.
In July 2026, at the AIDA Asian Freediving Cup in the Philippines, Enchante Gallardo pulled herself down a single rope to 106 meters and back — equaling the Free Immersion world record, one of the deepest dives ever completed by a woman on one breath of air.
She is a North American Continental Record holder, a Team USA athlete at the AIDA World Championship, and one of the most recognizable faces in the sport. Based in Oahu, Hawaii; training across the Philippines, Greece, Dominica, and Costa Rica.
